Tayler, Buds just needs to lift the restriction from their website. Their interpretation of the law may be off similar to their magazine note to Californians whereas other vendors are shipping standard capacity magazines to CA. You can speak/Chat with Buds directly at 859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon-Sat and 11am - 7pm Sun (7 days a week).
