You usually need the serial number, the UPC code off the box and a copy of your purchase receipt.to claim most firearms rebate from the manufacturer. You should call Customer Service to see what can be done for you to claim your rebate at 859-368-0371.
Serial# cannot be given prior to shipping. So depending on your situation, it may not be possible to obtain the rebate.
The only way to be guaranteed the rebate is to pay off the layaway before the end of the rebate period. Alternately, you MAY be able to claim the rebate if you pay off and receive the gun before the end of the rebate claim period.
