Richard - the new ruling was only in reference to magazines. CA still has their restrictions against any handguns not on their approved list, and this one is not on the list. Sorry.
Richard, no Sir. The "Magazine" is the affected item. The "Pistol" itself still needs to be approved for the CA DOJ Roster and it is not currently. Now with the current Magazine law, S&W will get the Pistol approved and added to the Roster.
