Since this gun is sold with 10 round magazines I would assume it can ship to hi-cap mag restricted states, however my question is, since this gun is originally designed for 17 round mags, is it still legal to ship to Colorado?

yes it is 100% legal they have different model and UPC numbers for the 10 round version

Zach - I think it would be OK, as Colorado's restrictions seem to be on the magazine, not the gun, but you would need to contact Buds and ask for sure.  Or consult a local FFL dealer.
