Brett, Absolutely! All P320 have a removable, serialized, trigger group that can be put in any size 9mm or 40 S&W P320 frame. Simple. I have 2 trigger groups, 4 frames, and 3 different length slide and barrels in 9 and 40. 40 S&W magazines fit and function in 9mm also. Same magazine, 9mm magazine just has ribs in it to constrict interior.
