Yes it is NJ compliant. Because it is a bolt action the flash suppressor is legal The following are prohibited: *****Semi-automatic rifles that are capable of receiving a detachable magazine and has at least two of the following features: 1. Julio, Yes Sir it is NJ compliant. The "MVP" has a 16.25" Medium Bull Threaded Barrel with Flash Hider.
