Eugene - you just cal Buds Customer Service, at 1-859-368-0371 (9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri) or use the "chat now" button located at the bottom right hand portion of your screen, (9am-9pm EST 7 days a week) and work it all out with them. You could possibly lose your deposit though, so be prepared.
