Guowei, this is copper plated and will have little deformation with excellent penetration. This will get the job done my man, no doubt.

I patterned this in my Mossberg 835 with Mossberg utili-choke and it patterned OK out to about 30 yards maybe just under. Past that my gun liked the Winchester longbeard xr #5 load. I would recommend purchasing different turkey loads and patterning your gun to find the most effective load for your gun. Every gun shoots differently so I can only share how my gun tested with these. It was enough to kill a turkey within 30 yards, but it was just out performed by the Winchester long beard xr. I know there are two dominating shells where I turkey hunt at here in SC. Those are of course Winchester long beard xr and the other is the Federal TSS. I stayed away from the Federal TSS based completely on price $30 bucks locally for 5 rounds. Again I would recommend purchasing several different ammo manufactors in the shot size you want to shoot and patterning your gun. You will be able to compare and pick the load that works best in your gun. Good luck out there.

Guowei - When you're looking for the 'perfect' turkey load, you just have to try a few out and see which ones give you the best (tightest) patterns in your particular shotgun. Grab yourself a 5 round box of four or five different turkey loads, then go out and test fire them at maybe 20, 30 and 40 yards. Don't forget - the really expensive loads may not pattern well at all in your gun, and you may find the most inexpensive turkey loads shoot best in your gun. One has to do some preparation, to make sure things are 'ready' when that old gobbler shows his bright red head through the woods at 30 yards. You will only get one chance.
