Since you could not take ownership the FFL dealer will send the gun back to Buds. You should contact Buds with the situation. Once the long gun is received back Buds will initiate your refund. Customer Service is (859) 368-0371 (available 9AM to 9PM EST Monday through Friday).

It should be returned to sender as long as your FFL is following protocol. You should contact Buds to either seek your refund or exchange the item for something you are allowed to have in your state. Call 1-859-368-0371 if you haven't yet.
