This rifle states that it is New York Compliant, yet appears to have features that suggest it is not. Please clarify. Thanks.

Rich, to be NY Compliant it has a "Black Fixed Position M4 Buttstock" and a "Permanently Welded/Attached Muzzle Brake.

I suspect this is a OLD listing by Buds from when it would have been NY legal Delton no longer makes this gun and no other retailer list it

Rich - your point is moot, as this rifle is out of production, and will not be in stock again.  You are correct however.  With the detachable magazine, pistol grip and muzzle brake, it would not be New York compliant by today's standards.  Too many "evil assault rifle" features.
