Actually yes you can purchase this pistol. I did, from Buds. The LE upgrade is the phosphoric sights. You won't get the extra discount that law enforcement gets.
So....as I understand it, the only change from the PPS M2 version to the LE version is different sights. BUT....does the LE version come in FDE, as does the non-LE version?
