For you to be able to put a red dot optic on the EZ 380 you would have to do a few small modifications. The easiest one would be to install an adapter mount. Which there are kits where you can take out the rear sights and then screw in the mount to where the rear sight was attached. There are other options out there as well in ways to do modification in order to have a red dot on the EZ 380
Floyd - contact EGW and see if they have one. They make many mounts for red dots that replace the rear sight using the dovetail sight cut. 215-538-1012 The may have one that fits a Shield.
