Edward, there isn't much that I can look up about this since it is a used model but the language in the description leads me to believe it is - " and wears the Sig factory Romeo 1". Buds' customer service might possibly be able to verify for you, I'm not sure how they handle used sales.

Yes, Edward, I believe it includes the Romeo I but to preclude any misunderstandings, please contact Bud's Customer Service at 1-859-368-0371 (9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri) or use the "chat now" button located at the bottom right hand portion of your screen, (9am-9pm EST 7 days a week) and pose your question to them directly. I would ask them if the sight is in god working order, as well, just to clear that point up before the purchase.
