Hi Mitchell, The SP-01 has full dust cover and larger beavertail. It also has a better trigger and night sights. If wanted to shoot competition, USPSA Production specifically, I would go with the SP01 just for range shooting go with the 75B

Mitchell, Along with the slide covering the barrel (full dust cover) and more sweeping improved beaver tail for higher grip. SP-01 also has accessory rail and checkering on front and back of the rubber grip and SP-01 is a tad heavier. 75B has the plastic grip panels and smooth front and back. SP-01 comes standard with Meprolight night sights that are easy to use. Both amazing feeling firearms.
