exact same mag same upc number just a duplicate listing with a different model listed get the less expensive one

Howard, They are the same UPC code (the same magazine). Someone at Buds entered a MF43006 instead of the correct MF43106 and created two listings for the same Magazine. I would stock up on the current $19.16 priced magazine. (the price difference it likely due to a difference in stock level of each).

There's no difference at all. One is just older stock so the price change is due to stock on hand.
