Ireneo - Nope, CA has not approved this one for sales in CA. Chiappa has no firearms approved for sale in CA.
Unfortunately, no Rhino is CA legal anymore
Per CA laws on single action revolvers, which do NOT have to be on the DOJ roster, " Single-action revolvers that have at least a 5 round capacity with a barrel length of at least 3 inches and an overall length of at least 7½ inches are permitted." This has 6 round capacity, 5" barrel, and an overall length of 9.5". It is 100% legal for CA.
