Christopher - Since this is a bolt action rifle, and not a semi-automatic rifle, I don;t believe the flash suppressor would be a problem. The only restriction of which I am aware on bolt actions is the magazine capacity restrictions - no magazines over 10 rounds. This rifle should be perfectly fine to order for delivery to New York.

Christopher, yes it is compliant Sir. Bolt Action Rifles are not subject to the same restrictions as "Semi-Auto" Rifles.
