John, The ammunition that improves your eye sight is best. I would lean towards a 55 gr round in a short barrel. I like all the Fiocchi rounds. There is a lot of good stuff out there. every gun is different we could have the exact same model and on my love the remingon 55 grain soft point and the other gun shoot it like a shotgun pattern (30 inch circle) I suggest picking up a few different types of ammo at your local retailer and trying them before making a big mail order ammo purchase
