here lately we have heard that buds will ship with NO Magazine if that is the only reason that a gun is non compliant. You would need to Contact Buds customer service (859) 368-0371 available 9AM to 9PM CST Monday through Friday or use the blue chat now button and they will help you with the order . We are not buds employees we are volunteers that answer questions
Phillip, All you can do is call BUDs and see if they will pull Colorado outlawed magazine from the package before shipping firearm. I would suggest ordering with a rep over the phone for best outcome. I have never gotten a good answer from "chat now"button. Generally times out before anybody gets you a response.

Phillip, Buds policy in the past was that they did not open "New" Firearm packages and the firearm had to be compliant as it came from the manufacturer. Just call to see if this policy has changed at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon-Sat and 11am - 7pm Sun (7 days a week).
