Quade, yes Sir, this is correct. This rifle has the Folding/Seven-Position Telescoping Stock with MLOK Rails.

yes you are correct it has the folding stock
I'm going to say no. The enhanced version (90704) has the aluminum picatinny rail, instead of the polymer M-LOK rail system. Besides that, I believe they're the same.
