Gene, this doesn't come with a scope it is just drilled and tapped for scope mounts. The pictures are just stock images and not always accurate, it is a bit misleading that they show a scope in the images.

No scope Gene. Receiver is drilled and tapped. Buds, like most vendors, used a 'stock' picture to provide a general idea of the firearm for sale, but doesn't necessarily depict the exact details of the firearm being sold.
