I found a dealer in Turlock, CA that sells the same model (163501) as bud's. They don't list it with the "A" addendum either and all the stats are the same as on Bud's. It just cost more at the Turlock dealer and they don't have it in stock. Bud's won't sell you a firearm if it is illegal in your state.

This is the "A" model, you are good to go
