I purchased the Windham AR but received a email saying they can't ship it to new jersey. It was being sent to a local FFL dealer that was going to remove the A2 flash hider and put on a NJ complaint stock as well as remove the bayonet holder in the front; why can't it be shipped there when it is illegal for him to give it to me without having that done?

Buds does not open new firearm boxes so they cannot ship this to NJ in it's current configuration due to restrictions. Firearms have to leave vendors in "Compliant" condition else they are breaking the law by just shipping it.
