Is there a list of compatible magazines? During freedom week in CA I bought random magazines. I got some S&W mags like the 3000247 15 round mag and the 3007345 17 round FDE mag. Would either of these fit in the SD?

Those are magazines for the M&P9 which aren't compatible with the SD, SD will take only SD, SW, or Sigma magazines. M&P9's (not the Shield) are not on the California roster for handguns so Buds' will not be of any use for that anyway.

Thomas, The M&P magazines are not compatible with the SDVE model. Pre ban Sigma magazines will work. Now that the case is on stay order can't get 16 rounder model #19925 for SDVE. Lot of M&P 9mm owners in CA.
