William, I do not believe so. They re organized in 2017 to headquarter in Venice FL. GBW came out of a 2014 reorganization of Frontier Precision Cartridge. They had a big splash at 2018 Shot Show flaunting their all copper precision hollow point rounds. I've had good luck with the ammo.
No they're still in business.
