This Holster Fits: Smith & Wesson M&P 9mm and .40 S&W with ITI M3, TLR-1, or SureFire X200/X300 and 4.25" Barrel

Christopher - this holster fits the M&P models with a 4.5 / 4.25 inch barrel. It might be a bit short for the 5" model. However, I would recommend you cal Safariland, at 800-347-1200, and get their advice on the proper model number for your M&P. It could well be this one will fit, but expose the end of the barrel just a bit. Always better to verify before you order something.
