Double Tap ammo is probably the best going for 10mm. A good rule of thumb is that you can kill a deer cleanly with 500 foot pounds of energy. With the 200 grain loads that will give you an effective range of about 100 yards if you can reliably keep your shots in a 6 inch circle. I use 155 grain Barnes in Double Tap and keep shots to 75 yards or under. Watch Razor Dobbs on youtube shoot animals and you'll get a feel for it.
Shaun, Underwood has you covered with Hunting ammunition, The "Extreme Hunter" and 180fr or 200gr Golddots are excellent choices out to 100yds : https://www.underwoodammo.com/collections/handgun-ammo/cartridge_10mm-auto
