John, it only comes with (1) 10rd Magazine so you would need to purchase separately.

It comes with one mag. Please be aware that this gun shares nothing with a AR style rifle it is a Mossberg Plinkster 22lr gun put In a plastic case/stock assy to look like a AR-15
