Michael, the color is the only difference my man. Buds prices are tied directly to stock level and there are more of the 411558827 in stock which accounts for the price difference.

From Kimber's web site: Micro 9 ESV (BLACK) (411558827) comes with a black frame and slide with gold Titanium Nitride (TiN) coated barrel, and Micro 9 ESV (GRAY) (415005864) with a charcoal gray frame and slide with rose-copper Titanium CarboNitride (TiCN) coated barrel. That's the only difference I could find. Plus, Buds probably had to pay more for the 415005864 from Kimber, than they paid for the 411558827.

Michael - Don;t buy that "stock levels determine prices" garbage. There are fewer than five remaining of both of these pistols .. so how anyone can keep swallowing that myth of stock levels determine prices is beyond me. It is not true. But there are some who persist in spreading that disinformation - just to appear intelligent, I guess. Buds prices are determined by the manufacturers' replacement costs and are update daily based on input from manufacturers.
