John, Only need extra paperwork if you attempt to modify this pistol by replacing the pistol brace with a rifle stock. Then it becomes an SBR and you need to pay $200 tax stamp and register it as an SBR. Otherwise just like buying a pistol in the existing configuration.

John, no Sir. The "Brace" makes this firearm the same classification as a "Standard" Pistol. A shoulder stock would make it an SBR "Short Barreled Rifle" which is an NFA firearm requiring a $200 Tax Stamp and NFA Registration.

Not unless you need a permit to buy any other handgun. NC requires a Pistol purchase permit or a Concealed handgun license (for any handgun) That permit would be at the local county/state level and need to be presented at the transfer FFL upon picking up the firearm nothing is required at Buds when you order it
