Fred, yes Sir it is. The Tisas line of 45's is almost impossible to beat for what you get for the money. I say this after buying 2 for myself and introduced my brother to the 3rd. I now own 6 various model Tisas's Pistols and all are well built, accurate for a pretty price point.
