no it can not to start with the shortest 410 shell is 2.5 inches and 45lc is 1.6 inches long so the .410 will not fit in the shorter 45lc chamber

James, no Sir. The "45LC" Only Cylinder is too short. Ir would need a 410 length Chamber to start with.
