Alejandro, since I have found conflicting info relating to Magazine capacity, I would simply ask a local FFL dealer for the most current law status on rifles.

Yes it is Hawaii shows no restrictions on rifles https://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/feeds/state_reg/hawaii_restrictions.pdf But it never hurts to ask the local FFL who will be the one doing the paperwork
