Michael, this rifle should be made at the Westfield, MA facility which has International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers members. As far as I know Savage only maintains factories in Westfield, MA and Ontario with the Ontario facility producing strictly rimfire.

Michael, The Savage rifle is USA union made, but the scope on the firearm is not if your interested.
