Mostapha - Yes, these can be removed by an gunsmith, or any shooter with some mechanical aptitude. I strongly support Randy i's recommendation of going to Dawson Precision Sights to get your replacement sights. They have the best customer service in the business - bar none.

Aforementioned sights are great options, and you shouldn't have too much difficulty installing them. On my CZ's I have the most difficulty getting stock sights out and relative ease with inserting new ones. After you get the set screws taken out I usually get the best results by carefully pressing sights out of their dovetails with a vice and a bunch of wood blocks as opposed to a punch and a hammer.
