Cyrus - Yes it comes with folding back-up sights. The rear is adjustable for windage and elevation, while the front post is adjustable for elevation. You just need to realize, there is no changing out the handguard on these rifles, and getting the barrel off is a major undertaking, requiring a proprietary barrel wrench. The supplied handguard is short by many standards, meaning a sorter rail on top. What you buy here is pretty much what you get, other than installing a better trigger. You pay a premium for much decreased freedom to modify and accessorize your AR.
