This has the Knights Armament Quadrail handguard.

The Troy quad rail is what is listed for certain on that 6920 rifle. I know the 6940 has a monolithic railed upper that might be what you are looking for. It's buds item 60387, and similarly prices. (If you found this answer helpful, please mark it as the "Best Answer". Thank you.)

Buds website is littered with incorrect/incomplete listings. They don't open new firearm boxes,which I understand, but wouldn't know if a "UTG" rail was on the firearm. The Colt Universal Product Code UPC says this left Colt with A KAC quad rail.
