Anthony, everything I can find points to the Arnberg Umarex facility. These guns are also proofmarked Cologne as opposed to Ulm like the Walther factory guns are.

Hi Anthony, I'm in Ca and both of mine came from umarex manufacturer facility

I would call and make sure the fixed the barrel issue as they installed a different size barrel in both of mine. I had to send them in as they were jamming up. Then they seen they put the incorrect size barrel.
