Hey so My first gun purchase was at a actual store gun came in box and still in plastic wrapping ! Brand new will this one come like this too? And if it's on layaway do I have to present my ID right away? I lost mine and in the process of moving so have to wait a while

Ivan, yes this is factory new in box. Your ID shouldn't be necessary when you order or pay for it, you will need it when the gun actually arrives at the FFL dealer that will transfer it to you.

It is brand new you will not need your ID until you are doing the paperwork at your local FFL after the layaway is paid for and shipped.
