Cyrus, yes Sir. These CPO Pistols are Police Trade-ins that are Factory Refurbished by Sig. [These are police turn in models that have gone directly from the department back to the Sig factory for refurbishing and with the exception of the night sights have been fully factory re-furbished by Sig. They are extremely nice and come with 2-14 round magazines, manual, warranty cards, etc in a Sig Sauer factory box. All have night sights however since the sights do have some age on them expect some degree in variance on the remaining life of the sights. ****Note**** - We took a random sampling of these pistols into a dark environment and all of the sights we tested showed at least some brightness but most did show deminished effectiveness. As with all pistols with older night sights we make no guarantees and will offer no warranty as to the brightness of the sights].
