It looks like the Ruger American in 6.5 Grendel has it's own magazine, and it is specific to that caliber, so it shouldn't be able to use others. Ruger has the magazine listed here: http://shopruger.com/Ruger-American-Rifle-65-Grendel-10-Round-Magazine/productinfo/16003/ Not seeing it listed on Buds, unfortunately.
