Vidmantas - No, this rifle is illegal to ship to New Jersey. All the 'evil assault weapon' features make it illegal there. Any/All Bushmaster AR-15 style rifles are banned in New jersey.

It is illegal in NJ it has a 30 round mag which makes it illegal also any 2 of these features cause it to be banned 1. Folding / telescoping stock 2. Pistol grip 3.. Flash suppressor 4. Threaded barrel "The following are prohibited: ✘Semi-automatic rifles that are capable of receiving a detachable magazine and has at least two of the following features: 1.
