Jack, This being a pump I do not see it being restricted in CT. Semi-Auto shotguns is what is noted in rules. Here are semi-auto shotgun rules.---------The following are prohibited: Semi-automatic shotguns that have at least two of the following features: 1. Folding / telescoping stock 2. Pistol grip 3. Fixed magazine over 5 rounds 4. Ability to accept a detachable magazine Magazine over 5 rounds and pistol grip seem to be prohibited for semi-auto. Does not mention pump action shotguns.

as far as I can tell yes it is CT legal (as a Pump shotgun) but I suggest asking your local FFL as he would be the one doing the transfer paperwork
