I just purchased the naa companion back powder revolver. The ad on buds site for the companion said no ffl needed, bit this morning i got an email from buds asking to choose my ffl. Im confusedplease help.

Sandra, most Black Powder firearms will not require an FFL. Some that are considered (convertible to centerfire cartridges) can require an FFL. I would contact Buds directly for clarification on their email at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon-Sat and 11am - 7pm Sun (7 days a week).

With a few exceptions you do not need a ffl for a black powder gun. You need to contact Buds customer service (859) 368-0371 available 9AM to 9PM CST Monday through Friday or use the blue chat now button and they will help you We are not buds employees we are volunteers that answer questions
