Gary, no. This P30 V3 has a traditional double action/single action trigger system with a decocking button at the rear of the slide and a firing pin block safety that eliminate the need for a manual safety.

yes it is only a decocker and has no manual safety

Gary - this pistol has no manual 'thumb safety', but only a 'decocker'. It does have the "ambulance chaser attorney-mandatory" drop safety on the firing pin.
