David, no Sir. The Sig Sauer 716 Gen2 Patrol Rifle does not include a "Bayonet Lug".

David, no bayonet lug on the 716 Patrol. Additionally, the handguard covers the gas block and the barrel is too long for a bayonet to seat correctly had there been a lug. It does appear that thumbnail image is incorrect and is showing a 516 model.
