Doug, out of the Pistols you mentioned (and I did a lot of research), the Bodyguard would be my pick Sir. It consistently gets better reviews and I know after handling at my local brick and mortar, it is the smoothest slide rack-wise and the best trigger. The "Manual Safety" is a welcome feature for a small carry piece as well.
Hi Doug, S&W M&P Bodygaurd380 or the Ruger would be my choices in that order

Doug, If you want to put it in your pocket and get about the best value out there (Under $200) and a proven platform. Ruger LCP or LCP ll is my pick. You can spend $50 to $150 more and get the same basic firearm from another manufacturer.---------- https://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/product_info.php/products_id/54585/ruger+lcp+6%2b1+380acp+275%22-----------------------https://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/product_info.php/products_id/22617/ruger+lcp+ii+380acp
