Secondly, there are two different listings/ part numbers for this the other listing has part number ( 712014311) which is different from this. Is there any difference between parts? Or is the other just cheaper?

Kezden, these two have the exact same UPC code and are the same Stocks. Buds just has two listings for the same item and one has more in stock which is why it is less expensive. Yes it will fit your 870 Wing-master.

yes it will fit just fine. and both items are the same (same upc) someone just made a 2nd listing when Buds received a shipment
