no it will not the 22WMR is to long however MagLula has a loader for the PMR 30 coming out in July 2019 http://www.maglula.com/product/pmr-30/

Tom - Nope, sorry. No MagLula yet for the PMR30. But, one on the way, supposedly. Luckily, it is just a .22 mag which isn't really too much trouble to load manually.
