Average time is 5 business days. You should have gotten a tracking number so you could go to the UPS/FedEx/USPS websites to manually setup progress notifications to be emailed to you.

My father had to wait 3weeks for his Shockwave after reserving it. Once it goes to shipping, should be two days from there. Others have had to wait 3 months after the reserve date on this gun. My dad got his like a month and a half ago I think.
